headaches can be caused by allergy, the food u eat.. like cheese etc. But I dun think it's very common..

speaking of worms.. the jpl gift shop beside woodlands mrt got sell this frame with dried chili, green beans, rice, inside its frame.
got one, the grains are hollow one, i took a closer look and realised its crawling with insects. den some cannot get out kana stucked by the side and died there, become small wall of dead insects. still breeding some more.
maybe ur head will become like dat? -

i too always got tht headache stuff, could be not drinkng enough water, stress, not enough sleep, body too heaty, thinking too much (until my head bc so empty and blury), and sometimes the head expand .......then ok, then start headache, sometimes i even dreamer and think hey where am i now and what am i doing here, main thing is not enough sleep, and not drinking water 2 main reason. I just take 2 tablets of muscle relaxant and sleep or drink more water then ok.
