Which warrior is better trained for duels?
I think that the Sith warrior is better armed as he has an additional attack- the Sith lightning!
So in case he loses his lightsabre, he can still use his lightning to attack the Jedi!
Both Sith and Jedi have telekinetic powers, so the Sith has the upperhand if both lose their lightsabres as the Jedi can't launch lightning.
Sith warriors are also more ruthless and will not hesitate to kill.
Sith uses hatred to amplify their strength..that's y they are usually more powerful that Jedi warriors.
Also, I dun think that Sith warriors are reckless and let their anger blind them.
A good example would be Darth Vader vs Luke Skywalker.
Note also that in "Return of the Jedi" Luke only managed to defeat Vader by giving in to his hatred and attacking his father with amplified strength.
So..I can say that Sith warriors are better fighters than Jedi warriors!

Hello! Movies are meant to be dramatic. In a duel, it's hard to say who will win, it depends on the lightsaber forms that the Jedi or Sith is using. In a duel form II(used by Count Dooku) can basically own any other form but the skill of the opponent facing a Form II user must also be taken into consideration, which explains why Yoda can defeat Count Dooku in Episode 2.Originally posted by markzz:Which warrior is better trained for duels?

On top of that most sith are trained to use Form VII(Darth Maul) which feeds on your emotion to fight your opponent. -
jedi also hv jedi lightning.
but seems like only master yoda has that skill. -
