yah, he is beautiful. His eyes both side different color one. Many ppl reconise him by the eyes. When i took the above photo to laminate, the gal there said she saw this dog in west coast before as she remember those eyes. Hes very gentleOriginally posted by mhcampboy:HOLY COW!!! look at the eyes!!!! SO NICE!!!

Ya i know, but his mum has just lost her only son, and she staying in a small flat so 2 husky not possible. already the funeral and other all settled le so money is still ok. In the event that really cannot sell, maybe adoption loh. In the meantime she will keep them til really got good buyerOriginally posted by boredandsleepy:finding some1 to buy over those huskies might not be that good of an idea.
as u have mentioned, the male husky has alrdy lost his appetite since ur uncle was in coma. both huskies are husband and wife ( sometimes i wonder how u guys know this ). therefore if u sell the husky to some stranger out there, both of them might not be able to adapt to their new families and eventually die off soon after being sold.
This is not impossible to happen cos dogs are living things and they too have emotions. no matter how good the new owner is in taking care of them, they still cant be comapred to ur uncle.
i would seriously suggest that the family keep those 2 huskies, but to sell the pet shop instead. funds for the funeral can be easily raised if ur uncle has a good reputation in the family. and seriously speaking, theres no need to hold a 5 or 7 days wake as that would simply waste more money. a simple 3 days wake will do. 3 days wake would cost an estimated amount of 10k cos that was what we had paid for my great grandma's wake last yr.
The point here is, dun sell the huskies, it'll just be hurting them more.

I think 3yr..My aunt may be letting go at 1.8kOriginally posted by nightzip:how old is the dog already? How much you intending to sell?

ya. huskies r elegant n beautiful dogs. but i pity them when i c them in sg as our climate is not really suitable for them.Originally posted by mhcampboy:HOLY COW!!! look at the eyes!!!! SO NICE!!!

i dont think you can do that if you put your dog at SPCA. they will write sth about not allowing you to ask the status of the dog after you hand the dog to them... and they charge a $50 charge i think...Originally posted by davidche:And request that you be able to see the dog every like one month.
Agreed. I got my 2 pure retrievers at only 1k..Originally posted by ¡ÚTearsofTheMoon¡Ú:1.8 k no offence dude but it may be too high and moreover, the person must get both of them all together.
No offence but i feel your aunt is trying still to regain some profit from it, i would suggest she lower down the price but rather a token from the adopters would do.
After all, she wants to get someone who will shower love and care on them right?, but now it seems like she selling them off for getting back some money
