i cannot log in to frenster!!!!

  when ever i type in my user name and pass it loads for awile den it stays at the same page.. nvr log in ..any one encounter before?.. can help?.. ty

  Clear cookies, history and cache.
  
  For IE:
  
  Tools > Internet Options
  
  Click Delete Cookies
  Click Delete Files. Tick Delete all offline contents box. Click OK.
  Click Clear History
  Click OK.
  Close IE. Open it again.
  
  For Firefox:
  
  Press Ctrl + Shift + Del
  
  For Opera:
  
  Tools > Delete private data
  
  For Netscape:
  
  Tools > Options > Privacy
  Click Clear All
  Click OK
  
  For Avant:
  
  Tools > Clear Records > Clear All Records
  
  For Maxthon:
  
  Tools > Clean System > Clean All
  
  For lazy people, use this: ATF Cleaner OR
  
  CleanUp! OR
  
  CCleaner
