ermm $10 all in one solution is very very common mah
and yes all in one solutions are for everything,that is why you use it to clean and store it (if not according to old practice,you use diff types for diff usage,like you sister)
It says to use when putting on cos it recommend that when you take the lens out of the container,you use it to rinse the lens an extra time for maximum cleanliness
