Dear Sir/Mdm
XXXX - PERENNIAL LITTERING
We have received feedback from residents of Bik XX that lighted cigarette butts, used cotton buds and tissues, scattered rice and used condoms were thrown down from one of the upper unit to the Private Enclosed Space (PES) of the below unit. This does not only inconveniences the residents as they had to clean up but it is also very dangerous as the lighted cigarette butts could caused fire hazard to the occupants.
You may wish to note that such act would be considered as a killer litter case and would be handled by the police or authorities. This behaviour affects and devalues the image of our estates.
We hope that all residents will cooperate by sparing some thoughts for
your neighbour and we also trust that the residents can give us your
fullest cooperation on the above matter.

Used sanitary pads i seen before but used condoms never.. anyway only idiots and uncivilised pple will throw this.
