Anybody single and not staying with their parent anymore?

  Well.. me intend to moved out of my parents place and find a place to stay.
  but as i am not 35..
  i cannot apply for a HDB units..
  so any one single down here who is not staying with ur parents..
  show me a way??

  for aircon, add another $50.
  
  cooking depends on owner.

  If you don't have $, and you are not 35. Your option is to rent.
  
  If you have $, and not 35. Your option is Condo.
  
  If you want HDB, get married, or grow old, or become widowed, or become ophan then you can buy HDB.

  father is still alive and kicking..
  but he abandon me already...
  me still consider orphan??

  you have to update your bank particulars, insurance, cpf, etc. everything. don't think there is a one stop service center bah. i think cpf is auto change de bah when you go police post and ammend, that's wat they told me.
  
  if u think changing add is a hassle, then have ur letters mailed to a permeanent add like your parents' place or something. however, changing ur ic add is a must.

  Agreed.
  IC address change is a must. Hassle but no choice. You do not want to miss important govt letters

  It is all depend on the location and condition of the room you rent.
  If you go through agent, you need to pay agent fee of one month room fee.

  its an offence not to change...just take the tenancy agreement and go any police post

  Single below 35 are not allow to buy re-sale flat.

  As long you can form a family union under the definition accordiing to HDB, you can buy a HDB.
  
  Eg. You and your dad (conditions apply) NO uncles, aunties...etc
