  I know that dots on some parts of the body symbolise 369, but what is the one with chinese characters on every finger? Are there any other kinds?

  that green dot is called tiam
  it is rumoured to be 369 1.
  a tiam on the forehead, red coloured 1, meaning you are a fighter.

  finger on dot means fighter tiam. i dun think it represents 369. maybe because alot of malays haf it. then 369 is mainly a malay gang. cept for 1, teck whye. chinese 1.
