  dats probably just for the actual rape deed. if they wish to be cruel, one can also heap upon things like "abducting the girl" "withholding the girl against her will" blahblahblah.....if in the event of the "deed" you tried some "kinky games" you might be slapped with more other sentence of 'unnatural sex" "violence" etc. the list goes on and on.
  
  right, it depends who u wanna rape. if they really wanna pin you down on the act, theres alot of side "offences" they can add on. whilst "searching your place for evidence" and found more porn stuff, they can still lengthen the sentence with "possession of pornographic material".
