  Try as many beers as possible and stick to the one you like.
  Don't be influenced by the ads, or popularity of a beer.
  Don't follow the crowd.
  
  Tried Kilkenny at Muddy's and it was like wow, and I finished the first pint in less than a minute. But I can't afford too much of it.
  At hawker centre I take Tsingtao. I like it because it is light and I can eat (alot) and drink two bottles of it. Other beers, one bottle and I am stuffed.
  
  If I have to choose between Heineken, Tiger, and Carlsberg, I would choose Heineken. I think Heineken dehydrates you less than the other beers, and so gives you a less severe hangover if you over indulge.

  Seriously, a good substitute for tiger imo, is Chang beer. Nothing as refined as Heineken but at $2.00 per can, it beats Tiger hands down.
  
  Nobody mentioned Carlsberg too? It is the closest thing to Heineken in that price range but cheaper.

  haha...tiger rocks!!!and CAUTION: Serve it chilled.....although its a bit bitter,but its the beer i drank most...tiger's taste is the most significant... other all like no taste like that de... but overall...any beer is fine la...cos depending on my friends...whether what beer they like...i will usually just follow...wun argue over this de..but if got chance,try Guiness Stout....it has a strong wheat taste...cool........

  My favourite is Tsingtao. Best drank cold. Its made from spring water, when cold it has a slight sweetness to it.
  
  But once its in contact with air for like half an hour, it turns a little bitter.
  
  Tsingtao is probably my best choice of beer.

  I do drink at times. but sometime when i feel down, i got the urge to drink alot more then usual... don know why also... Although know that drinking will not solve any problem... does anyone here feel like me?
