I didn't like the way they treated me nor do I like it when they are trying to make money off me, they cannot do better than to think of me a cattle.

I do not believe in many things but I was offered to be a head hunter in another firm cause they are willing to give me a chance at something entirely different from what I do. I think its the open thinking most employers do not have...

You can sue them back what.. Recruit express cant even find a job that i wanted.. other agencies are better..

so end up its a lose lose situation for u. and seriously their company sucks at looking for jobs. they have only a limited amount and type of jobs on hand which are mostly technical positions or positions that requires forklift licence or able to work nite shifts. very limited range of jobs. -

some other agencies also the same lah...and not to stereotype them i think some particular representatives from some particular agencies....dun compare lah...never compare HR ppl in recruitment agencies with those professional HR in bigger companies...u think HR is a profit related profession? hardly it should not be..HR generate wealth by cultivating anf improving interpersonal relationship and awareness within a company and ppl who have seen and work with ppl as such will know.
as for those recruitment agencies 'HR'...its just a quick way to earn money of ppl's misfortune.

Some agents are just there for the commission.. once they get it, they will ignore the job-seeker. You cant find them for anything except to submit timesheets.

my advice should u go to agency to look for a job is tat dun anyhow sigh any contract from they, and there is one trick, if u dun like the job att u are doing, dun quit urself, cos like tat u will hav to pay back to the agency, finds ways to make ur employer to fire u... put on a suck up performance. cos it is steted tat should your employer fire u, then it is not consider voiding the contract. -
Wad do u mean by dreditable? Y do u need to care? So long as they r effective in getting u a job fast, y need u bother 'bout this?
