  i prefer Jap dramas more, altho i like some Korean dramas, back few years ago

  Actually the current batch of korean shows are some of the best i've seen... like Jewel in the palace is an extremely well crafted & inspiring drama which i will remember for a long time... And the current Kim San Soon showing on Channel U is a great serial which balances outlandishly hilarious scenes with the sensitive depiction of the characters' emotions... many ppl i'm sure can relate to the insercurity & frustration of Sanshun, who wants nothing more than being loved by someone marginally acceptable...
