best handphone line subscription plan???

i'm finally going to get a handphone...because i really need to..haiz..can't escape from paying handphone bills le! sian!
i just want to ask is there any very low-priced plans? how much do you all pay a month for you hp bills? is it possible to only pay 10bucks a month??
i see all the plans from m1, starhub, singtel ar...all da same price! see le also sian!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i suggest my plan lah if people everytime call you, free incoming, 500free sms 20dollars only, 5dollars extra for caller id.
my bill range roughly $29-$31

i am eyeing the skype phone...imagine can make long distance trunk calls just with a valid internet connection between 2 parties. next time if this employed in our working system good man can easily contact your peers or colleagues working overseas F.O.C!

the $9 plans are either corporate plan or the expired POSBank or special promotions/tie-ups/schemes. u cant sign up just like that..... -
