  heard 2 retirees complaining about the sales of ciggys in 20-stick packs.

  Illegal ones of course. Somemore the one who are selling are Foreign TalenT ( our dear bangalas ). Just go to the small mini park beside Geylang Lorong 14. Just stand there for 2 seconds and you'll see a group of Bangala approach you wif cigs in their hands. All brands, you just name it. Comes in a single hard pack, or a box or one carton also have.   they dun haf marlboro wan. even haf oso not menthol. only got red butt. usually they stock up texas and dunhill.
