Hi, does anyone has any funny/eventful journey on Singapore's public buses? Share it here!!! Well here's mine: At around noon, i took SMRT S67 from Choa Chu kang to Tampines(im a bus fanatic). After a few stops, a "weird" man came on board. He acted very strangely, moving his arms like monkey, doing squads, look up and down. Almost everyone was staring at him. Then an auntie came on board, stared and thought "what the hell did he do squads for?" After he alighted, another funny thing happened a few stops ahead. A group of aunties and uncles, began to alight, but there's one particular auntie was talking on her handphone and she had problems with the EZlink card. Then she said "dan ar dan hor", which means wait in hokkien. To my amazement, she even took her time to take out her EZlink card! Everyone on board had to wait exactly 1min just for that auntie! Another funny event happened. An old lady board the bus, however she also had problems with her card. After a few tries(about 5-7 times), she gave up and sat down. The bus captain used hand signal to ask her to tap again, but she ignored. A few stops later, she alighted the bus, WITHOUT PAYING A SINGLE CENT!!!
WTF! Elderly people already have discounts liao and still not enough ar? Thats all folks!
