  noobs. there is a very simple way to see if u r on someone's list or not.
  cannot tell of blocked anot.
  but if he/she nv delete u from their list, then...
  
  personal settings->privacy->see who has added u to their list.
  easy peasy.
  no need what program.

  There are programs that allow you to see who has deleted or blocked you.
  
  Also, if you have a mutual friend, he/she can tell that deleted person if you are online or not, and that deleted person can then tell that you have deleted him/her from your contact list. Hope this helps.

  if u block someone... its even easier to get busted. Once someone invites both of u to a conversation, the one who got blocked wil realise u r online...
