KILL THE S.O.B!!!!! 10yr old injured by metal shoe rack!!

SINGAPORE : A 10-year-old boy was injured by a metal shoe rack thrown from the 11th floor at Block 263, Boon Lay Drive.
whoever threw that debris deserve his/her flat to be confiscated!!
Witnesses said the rack hit the boy on the head. He was immediately given first aid treatment.
The boy was then taken to the National University Hospital where he had his wounds stitched.
Police are currently investigating the incident.
Residents said they had seen many items thrown from the block.

Couple of days ago, saw this uncle opposite block throwing water out of his flat window. People downstairs shouting at him to stop. Oblivious, the guy continued. WTH!!!!!

can ask the neighbours on that floor whether they are able to recognize the shoe rack and identify its owner.
