Any1 hlp recommend a doctor?

  Hi guys,
  
  My brother has problem on he's kneecap and had 2 operations. But after consulting his doctor again, he was told to go for a 3rd opt which has a success rate of less than 30%... of course we wouldn't let him go through such dangerous opt. He wish to look for another doctor who can really help him. Can anyone please recommend me a great doctor who's famous in treating kneecap please?
  
  He just went through his resvce and he was told to go back to the doctor as its referred by the camp, but we dun think the doctor is doing his job too well so wish to consultant for a 2nd opinion. Really need help, thanks...

  the doc i recommand is not specialised in knee cap but he can refer to someone he has in mind i think

  Is your brother having kneecap subluxation or dislocation? Is the operation your brother did previously call TTT?
