I do know that one shouldnt drink cold drinks during meal or after meal as it basically is bad for your digestion.
Your stomach is 37degrees and imagine you flush down a cold drink. It will definietely slow down digestion and disrupt it.
On the chinese medicine side, drinking cold drinks hurts the pancreas, the part which creates digestive juice. -
Hope it's not true... I drink only cold water... Don't like room temperature water...

Hot water is bad to cancer and to prevent cancer, I would never drink colas, eat KFC, Macs, Ben&Jerrys. Most western foods are pro-cancerous btw.
