well, if Ah Lau works for the DHS, then I suppose poor ol' Fatum works for the ATF, since he's always with the cold ones.Originally posted by Meia Gisborn:Yeah, like when you arrive at the airport, you discover that Ah Lau actually works for the DHS, and he insists on performing a body cavity search on you.

mhcampboy,
Are you intending to travel here for business, study or pleasure? The good news is that Singapore is one of 27 countries currently participating in the US government's Visa Waiver Program (VWP); if you are travelling for pleasure as a tourist and the length of stay does not exceed 90 days, then you do [b]not need to obtain an entry visa. You need to be in possession, however, of one of those new-fangled machine-readable passports (which you do, as you have indicated previously).
Take a look at this website for the most current information on the entry requirements into this country.
(If, however, you are coming here for business or study, then the entry requirements are far more complex, and you'll really have to dig into the information in that website.)

i see.. then i apologise for the quick remarkOriginally posted by mhcampboy:Yes do i know you??
Anyway, you may have realised that i posted this right away after im told about the urgency in the US trip. So its waaaaay wee int he morning.
Obviously i have done some checking. Its just that i am confused. I heard from media Singaporeans do not need a visa. But the Embassy website states all countries need.
So i am just looking for a fast answer as i cant wait in the morning to call the embassy up and be put on hold and being transfered from one department to another just to answer a simple yes and no question.
Thank you for your interest in me.![]()
