it say place at "Registration & enlistment centre 1st storey - information counter"
it never say where is the place can any one tell me -
there should b a contact no. printed. call them n ask.

If you're going after 25th, make sure you don't bring any camera phones in. They have up their enforcement on this by 2 fold past that day.

be resourceful... you'll need that in saf, trust me...
can always go bookshop to look at transitlink guide and see government offices and how to get there or juz google the search term
anyway, to get to cmpb juz take MRT to Tiong Bahru
then take bus 195 at the bus stop opp. Tiong Bahru Plaza
Then you'll see 2 tall building on the right after a few stops. There's where you'll stop. -

take train to tiong baru, then ask control station that indian aunty what bus to take.
