Any one using "BitComet" here?

  Do u think "BitComet" sometimes will cause ur internet connection automatic cut off?
  
  I'm using "Starhub Maxonline 6500", I complain to Starhub saying my connection sometimes automatic cut off, they told me is my P2P software fault.
  
  I dun believe!

  There is a point where the buffer overruns, but its nothing to do with the software.

  It's not a problem, I cannot say its a fault either, I just know it has to exist as long as you're using it. If you feel perturbed by this, and decide to try it on something else, it'll resurface again one fine day.

  hmm i guess if u r sharing things like OPEN-source stuff its ok even if u tell ur ISP i dun tink they will care. But overseas BAND is veri exp so they will control ba..

  I get cut-off for no reason from starhub...
  
  I keep thinking that it's my side that is having problems since I am using the
  old modem for the 4000 plan.
  
  Now I can conclude changing the modem will not help anything at all!!!

  I also had the same problem when using Bitcomet , i tink its the program fault
  
  I switched over to utorrent and got no problem , bitrate also more constant can constant 50+kbs rather then bitcomets sometimes 100+ sometimes 0.6 +

  The only problem for me is that my BitComet 0.71 all cannot connect, all download a bit, then go to 0kb/sec. Hoping that by leaving it overnight it will increase the content %, in the end it increase like less than 2% ? Those torrent i download is recent posted and popular de. Confirm got seed .. naurto leh

  Well.. the so call restart can be solved by greatly increasing the buffer. You can do that in the settings. But beware by increasing the buffer your CPU usage will increase and you will need more disk space too. I don't mean HDD space but virtual memory. Thats my solution.
