  yes and no.
  It also has to rely on the size and the position of facial features, like the eyes, the eyebrows, the nose, the lips. For example, if the eyes are droopy and too far apart from the nose, the face won't look that attractive. But attractiveness is hard to explain because different people have different view on what is attractive and what's not.

  No,the first thing about looking attractive is symmetry aka both side of your face looks the same.If symmertry is very lacking, even with sharp features,you may just end up looking ugly
