  It's very mental, this film. That obese Marine recruit who killed himself is one of the most controversial scene. Who can forget Senior Drill Instructor Gunnery Sgt. Hartman shouting at the new platoon of Marine recruits?

  Yep the recruit who shot himself was indeed frightening...and quite a no of scenes I find so funny..the "me so horny..me love u long time" lady haha..and the troops singing the Mickey Mouse theme while marching..
