I am very disappointed that U issue so many letters of offences to residents
U had antagonised them.
my purpose of informing ECTC the abnormal drying of clothes other than at designated place
is to hightlight the problem many resident have.
see attached letter to MP and party concern
we have to improve / assist and not to penalise
I think I will seek a higher level of Authority so as to achieve
happiness / prosperity and progress for our nation
