  i got one client from late last year, whom i did a flash website for, had been avoiding payment for a very long time.
  
  knn. think i one man show, take me for sport. ive all the documents to support the agreement between us, and all.
  
  can i lodge a claim against this company in question? who got experience in lodging claims before?

  Yes do it for within a year... It cost about $10 go for it... The only problem... It usually only frigthen the person to pay... If he still doesn't pay the righ to of seizture cost another $120
