I think it can also happen in singapore because not everyone is please with all the politician, policy, the monopoly of certain issue here. A chief indian is all needed for a coup to start. He must be some one who is couragous, some one who held high position in forces who can exercise mobilising of troops or even in politic and some one who have the support of many people, some one with great influence.
