  Alight at city hall mrt, take the exit which is on the opposite side of peninsular plaza, cross the road and walk straight in the opposite direction of chijmes.

  Use the online bus guide and find any buses that ply north bridge road and stop opposite peninsular plaza/capitol building, and outside exit B of city hall MRT.
