  any kind soul can teach me how to download videos or mvs into my phone(v3x).i hav tried dragging from windows explorer but the phone can't seem to play it...

  google for a video convertor and use mpeg-4 h.264 codec with not more than 768kbps for video and 160kbps for audio.

  You need to convert it to *.3gp format, and specifically for your v3x, it must be optimised for 176x144pixel playback. Because your motorola only has that little area for playback.
