Have any of u tried it before?
I think it should be kind of relaxing, unlike sales , F&B or Factory jobs.
Question is, is it true all boys who wish to work part time as security guards must complete their NS first?

on usual days u can doze off to sleep, but..however wat if u were to b e only one ard at night, doning night shift when sh!t happens?

security guard long working hour .. not so easy

it may seem like a nice job.. slacking around without having to do anything..
but think of it,
would it be nice if u were to sit down on e chair for 8 - 12 hours without doing anything?
time passes exceptionally slow if u are not doing anything.. -
hmm... shopping centre guards on morn or evening shift not so bored as they can do "people watching " as they wait for time to pass. Nite shift I think they have hourly patrols right? Another job i'm considering is Bicycle Messenger...but I dunno which company to approach...newspaper classified dun have any notices for it.

Choosing a part time job just because it's easy seems like a poor choice because I would have preferred a more challenging one so that I learn something from the experience if I perform well. If it's too challenging that I perform badly, I'll just move on - no loss mah........!
A security guard's job seems easy but it actually depends on how on the ball u want to be..... In other words, it's your attitude that matters.
From wad I know, security guards generally work 12 hour shifts - can u stay vigilant and alert for the whole stretch of time or u want to be the bo chap type who keng and den hope for the best.........?
