i cannot understand why my statement as below. can somemone tell me.
Date Time Roaming partner tel cost
10/9 9.00 Hutchison xxx 2.3
10/9 9.00 Hutchison xxx 1.6
why is it double charges?
If you are using +65, it's an international call... For lower charges, it's best to have an international calling card to call back as the rates will be based on your duration multiplied by the standard rate (like 2 minutes x $0.40 = $0.80)...
If you use your roaming service, you normally have to pay for the local charges, and the call re-routing charges also... That's explains for the two breakdown of charges for calls made/received under the same time...
