  if any of you had seen the news on TV,the case is about the maid being forced to climb out of the window ledge and clean it from the outside.That is aka doing 18th storey acrobatic without any protection for this maid.
  
  I doubt anyone's relative here of sane mind will attempt to do such a thing.So this employer deserved the fine 100%.The person is also banned from ever employing any maids from now on
