I tink I've saw this on the streets in Sg just yesterday evening. I took notice of it b'coz the design was weird and dismissed it as bad fashion taste. Definitely not for the common pple. Not too many pple can carry it off. It takes a great figure and Attitude to be able to look good. On lesser pple, it'll look tasteless and Ah Beng/Lian.................
