1 packet of nong shin ramen
3 bowls of water into pot + the seasoning..
break the ramen in half..
bring water to boil..
slice two stalks of spring onions bout 1 cm in length
slice 1/2 onion..
once water is boiling
add the ramen
while the ramen is half way cooked,
throw in the onions and spring onions
finally when the noodles are almost cooked and the soup is piping hot...
crack a egg in.. (best if yolk is not broken..)
use a ladle to spoon the soup over the yolk & to partially cook it..
when egg whites are cooked,
turn off flame..
serve with kimchi or pickled radishes..
