  I don't think new WLM can max out. And to boost the list, you can add in non IM contacts.
  
  Non IM contacts are those people whose emails you have, but you don't have their MSN. If you got a lot of non IM contacts, you can shoot easily to 1000 without any problems.
  
  Then see who has the most number of non IM contacts, that person win liao.
