Commotion At The Bedok Library

a 50 odd year old chinese man caught and hauled a malay teenager to the customer service counter.
he and a few of his friends allegedly kicked the door of the toilet cubicle where the man was doing his business.

why make so much noise in the Library? just call the police and they will settle the matter. the boy may be mentally unstable, if he still cause trouble, the police will take him to the mental institute to check up first. not sure, can check with the police.

bedok library v stupid, they used to have a figure playing basketball holding the basketball but the hand holding the ball passes through the glass and can be seen from outside holding the ball. few nights later the ball was gone. the changed the design and the figure now stands completely in the library. (:

If he could kick the door, he can't be in such an urgent state lah. If its really urgent, you'd be standing cross legged already.
Anyway, maybe the guy inside found a book from the maternity section and was reading it lah. What to do? Censorship here so strong that some of us have to get our cheap kicks this way mah (but not me hor).
Best way is to have toilet doors like they had in England. Put 10p in, after a certain time, the door automatically unlocks. If you want time extension, you have to somehow quickly rush out and put another 10p in.
Also, install cams like those traffic red light cams, speed cams, etc. Kick the door only the cam takes your picture. Then you go to court, judge gives you 12 public toilet demerit points, banned from using public toilets for 2 years, etc. -
