but bear in mind this is singapore and u gotta be pragmatic.....but tt does not mean wat u have gone thru is useless or cant earn u big money
it's up to urself to fully make use of wat u have learnt in school and in life
i agree that not all of those education we gone through are useless, but most of them rather.. in a way yes!
aren't education all about teaching us how to : (a path paved already for all of us as employees - inside a
box/ a frame)
study - line 1 of the box / frame
study harder - line 2 of the box/frame
get good grades - line 3 of the box/frame
secure a good job- line 4 which completes the box/frame
blend into environment, promote - repeat process of the above
try to keep the job, keep upgrading for fear of losing job. - box slowly thickens into a frame which is stuck in our mentaily to work for life, saving for a rainy day - not cash smart in fact.
the only difference that i see which i feel it's good, it those students studying entrepreneur diploma and degrees.
only these people are not stuck to the mindset as per above which i've mention (boxed up)
most people aren't opened to new ideas, and have given theirselves a stamp in their brains - employees forever..same secure. many fail to
think outside the box, to earn more money, let alone improve our lifestyle of living.
many fail to take risk, but not realizing each and everyone of us are taking risks. A public/private vehicle may knocked into one another(touch-wood), walking and be bang by another vehicle (touch-wood) They are willing to risk their lives everyday, why aren't people just opened to risking their lives for a better living?
Life is double or nothing.
As the news have said numerous times. The Rich are Getting Richer.. & like-wise, the poor are getting poorer.
The governement aren't changing anything to change these people's concept to take a small risk to improve their standard of living by lots of ways..
I really wonder at times, is it govt fault or our own fault that we are giving our rights of the way we live to the hands of govt to decide how big our paper is to determine how much we earn. (over-dependent)
