ask him to report police.. pao toh the bookie.. den say u don noe him but keep harrasing him..Originally posted by account1649:Last night I my friend come and ask me to borrow some money to return his friend because he lose a few hundreds on football betting. Initially I wanted to help him but after listen to his story I decided not because......
initially my friend bet football through this so called "bookie" and lose so he return him half the money then agree to return the rest later. Then my friend's friend called him to find out about the "bookie" because their side few of them win money and the "bookie" siam them dun want to return. Then my friend very tulan so he tell the "bookie" that he will not pay since as the so called "bookie" had HAO LIAN to the others that he had beaten my friend up as he did not pay him. So now my friend intention is to return the money to his friend because he know if he return to his "bookie" then the latter will not pay up to his friend.
Problem now is the stupid "bookie" keep calling and SMS my friend vulgar message and want to ask him out to beat him. Can he go to the police and lodge a report for harassment? Or will he be get into trouble for illegal betting?
