  This is my 1st time i lost my card (the blue one)...can i get it replaced for free ?
  btw does UOB branches closes earlier than POSB ?

  $5 replacement charge for ATM. deduct from account.
  
  UOB branches do close earlier, around 4 for most. extended branches dun count.

  You can try funan centre lelvel 3.

  Lost POSB card, only can replace at POSB
  Lost DBS card, only can replace at DBS..
