  how to use debit card apply for internet banking? i try at atm but cannot.

  only for first-time signing up IB.
  
  other cases, pls go to the bank, or download the pdf form, print out and mail to the bank.

  ic.. last time i use e old acc apply IB but that acc no long liao. now i using new acc apply but cant

  i use dbs ibanking can apply online... then they will send you pin+password
