  how? they say dissolve a lozenge slowly every 2 to 3 hours. Do not exceed the stated dose. I sometimes take 6 in less than 2 hours.

  don't worry lah... strepsil is very mild. dosage instruction is to cover manufacturer's rear, in case kena sue. you should more concern about the sugar in the lozenges than anything else.
