Seems like based on the article, increase in tariffs is based on expected increase in fuel cost...
It's fast for them to increase but super slow for them to reduce when fuel cost drops... KNN!

but did they predicted correctly the last time when they increased tarriffs?
So oil price went down recently, did they decreased tarriffs??
