Recently I saw Crimwatch about a recent molestor who go about on his bicycle to molest the breasts of school girls on the streets. What shocked me was that the tv program really show several school girls' breasts being banged into, touched and molested by the "actor". The school girls were really molested by the actor. How come they allow this kind of thing to happen and this kind of RA rated show on TV? How can they ask the school girls to really get molested in the tv show?
