wtf my black cat know how to return to home

i put my small black cat in the 1st floor near the lift in my block iin the morning
it return to my house 8th floor at night 9pm
the cat does not scream, it just sit outside quietly
i have tried alot times already
sometime it will return to my house at 6am when my sister go to school
i have not tried putting the cat in other blocks
is this cat special?
because i have thrown more than 10 cats and they all dont return
may i know whether i can get money from this cat -
HDB flats not allowed to keep cats as pets.

i throw the cat because the cat r not happy at home , they alwasy fight with each other
only those that do not fight get to stay at home -

However, some really wanna stray, so can't be helped. But there are plenty who know how to sniff their way home. -
hello, if u know u cannot keep too many cats, they will fight, pls dun bring home any more cats and then throw them away.

If you're my neighbour, I make sure none of your cats return home. And if its a black cat, it might return home, but not in black.

but there were two times (not just once!) it slipped out of the backyard, found its way through the alley and returned via the front gate and barked to call us to open the door. Furthermore our house isn't the side house.. it's like, somewhere in the middle away from the alley.
I guess when you take your dog out for walks.. the dog will learn the route gradually... -

Dont you think you are a little cruel by doing that? Since the cat has repeatedly come home again, just let him stay. -

they tried throwin it away but it always came back...
once my friend's father ride a motorcycle n left the cat in tuas
but it stil came back....
acturally the cat belongs 2 my friend's grandmum....
when it came back, they decided 2 keep it...
until my friend's grandmum died....
the cat also died...
i think theres a bondin between the 2...
