i get that too. But don't know is it muscles or my heart.
the pain just 'stabs' me and i'll get a sudden shock. -

probably a condition called angina pectoris.
early warning that there is a clog somewhere important. go see a doc. probably wld give you blood thinners and vasodilators. smart move would be to go see a doc to confirm all this. smarter move would be to take the medication at the specific times. smartest move would be to give up smoking.

Go Jogging Constantly la...Thats what i've been doing...

Joggin really helps... maybe do it 2 or 3 times a week... You need at least half an hour of excercise to burn fat... so keep it constant...
Think if u keep it this constant...Withing a month should be able to had good results... Last time when i was in secondary sch...Was active in basketball and Rugby...So had less problems like these... -
I think you do have
Heartburn problem , sounds familiar to me . I had been through all this .
I kana before ... i smoke , drink coffee , eat late supper every night , sleep irregularly ... all this is a caused .
Now u felt like chest sensation , it's just a beginning symptoms , later stage , u lost ur appetite for food , hungry but no appetite , after eating , felt like pouring out .....
If you drink lots of coffee , along with smoking and have habits fo eating before u sleep , watch out for HeartBurn , u should read abit of heartburn articles provided .

Atucally, things like this is best to ask a Cardiologist or at least a GP Doctor.
Matters of the heart, is serious. -
Rather than speculate and live in fear, why bot pay some money to consult a doctor? The visit may help allay your fears to give u peace of mind. If so, the money spent will be worth. If no health, got lotsa money oso no use rite?

i got that often during my schooling times.. sometimes while reading the book, i suddenly feel a pain in the heart.. my dad told me is becos of my posture.. but i doubt so. anyway, i don think it serious..

See Doctor fast. Dun think it is good to go jogging now without the doctor's advice. If there is already something wrong, jogging could kill you before you knew it.
