  If the person who treat you is sincere, then no.
  
  I once gave a book to someone. He insisted to treat me and pay for the restaurant bill. Actually it gave me a bad feeling. I gave the book sincerely, without expecting return.

  depends on sincerity of the person. If he's sincere, he shouldn't expect anything in return but he will gain my respect for sure. Otherwise, bo pian lo, if that person insists something in return, then get him something lo but he will lose my respect.
