D-Link tech services down and out...

  I was darn disappointed with D-link technical support. Be warned cheap cost hardware comes with lousy support services.... The techinical officer arent really officer. They dont seem to be trained in handling technical problems. All they could offer their best solutions is to. Give me your email and we email the solutions to you. GO read yourself. They think this is like in school no spoon-feeding go read yourself. If I can read and understand why would a customer need to call them up. For 2 days they kept promises they would get back but dream on. Empty promises is what they offer. Even after calling for the 6times. They continued to offer their wonderful emailing solutions. Its really a joke man... I wonder if any one out there could help with the configuration of a NAS to a linksys router and enable FTP remotely thanks....

  tmd, bought a D-link network card, cannot use one at all, got cheated by its cheap price, after all, it's quite true tat wat u pay is wat u get!

  my ex Dlink and current Dlink router no problem
  
  they have no questions asked lifetime one to one exchange!
  the oni trouble is the svc centre is in zhurong lah

  According to what I type this morning.... I've to take my words back. Caused the issue is solve... weee.....so lucky....Thanks everyone. Perhaps D-link isnt that bad if my problems are solved. Hee... kinda contradicting but its solve now. Thanks all for your opinion.=)
