Is cat saliva dangerous?

  Yes, their saliva can transmit "Cat-scratch disease". But it's no big deal, children normally recover by themselves when infected.

  Deadly? Not neccesary.

  Toxoplasmosis can be transmitted to a woman only by an infected cat's feces (sh!t), not saliva.
  
  And a cat becomes infected if it eats an animal (eg, a bird) which is infected with Toxoplasmosis. So by your logic, all pregnant women should avoid going out just in case an infected bird sh!ts on them and infects them with toxoplasmosis too, right?
