how to solve the blardy traffic congestion?

  well the outrageous COE is meant to control the no. of cars in sg.
  then they said raising erp will encourage ppl to use public transport.
  then their traffic wardens started being gay by going on booking spree. (straits times)
  
  so they raised the cost of owning cars.
  fine until ppl dont dare to drive.
  give demerits so ppls license kenna confiscated.
  
  BUT THE TRAFFIC CONDITION ISNT IMPROVING!!! HOW??? WHY?!!!
  PAY AND PAY DOESNT WORK!!!
  ARE THEY GONNA REDUCE ERP SOON??
  OR BAN CAR IMPORTS?

  Siao! If they reduce car imports, they effectively lost revenue thru COE and tax already. Reduce ERP? You wait long long, singapore is the only country that defies gravity. The best solution is to outsource TP duties, get summon and tickets for almost anything, even 50m in bus lane to turn left. So discouraging to drive anymore. Problem solved.

  a gantry similar to ERP at the exit of ur house carpark
  every morning u drive ur car out, the IU deducts $30 from the cashcard and go to the govt pocket
  
  this $30 is not inclusive of season parking, ERP gantries and parkings
