  dun want shopping, sex, park, sentosa,

  Seah Deli Restaurant at Raffles Hotel (if i dun remember wrongly)
  
  Very good service. Food is ok, but very big serving.
  
  They will give her a surprise, play happy birthday song thru their jukebox and offer a slice of cake with candle wor.
